Find directions to Loughborough Carillon on MultiMap.com

By Road

Directions from the M1
Leave the M1 at Junction 23 and follow the A512 (Ashby Road) into Loughborough town centre, at the traffic lights (with Sainsbury’s on your left) turn right onto Frederick Street then folow the road round to the Leisure Centre where you will find a Pay and Display car park. From here you will be able to both see and hear the Carillon and make your way across the road to the park!

Directions from the A6
Follow the A6 into the town centre. When approaching from the south you need to take a left turn after McDonalds, where you see a Wilkinsons store to your right. Approaching from the north Wilkinsons will be on your left so take a right turn. Keeping in the left lane follow the road to the traffic lights where you will see Sainsburys ahead. Turn left at the lights, onto Frederick Street. Follow the road round to the Leisure Centre where you will find a Pay and Display car park. From here you will be able to both see and hear the Carillon and make your way across the road to the park!

Parking

Thursday in Loughborough is Market Day, so parking can at times be difficult. If in doubt aim for any of the sign posted car parks in the town centre. All provide easy access to Queens Park and the Carillon.

By Rail

(15 minutes walk) Continue straight down Nottingham Road when leaving the station. This will bring you right into the centre of town. Cross the main A6 into the pedestrianised Market Place, turning right when you reach Granby Street. This will take you to one of the many entrances to Queens Park.

Sat Nav users

Enter LE11 3DU as the postcode, once there look out for the big coppery green looking tower in the park. It’s hard to miss!
